What if one of my tile mural pieces gets damaged during shipping or installation?
All our tiles are inspected before shipping and packaged to ensure safe shipping. If one or two tiles get damaged during shipping or installation, we will gladly replace them free. Customer must pay for shipping cost. See our return policy.
What sizes are your murals?
Most of our work consists of custom orders. As long as your image is of good quality, we can cover an entire wall using that image.
Do you install murals?
No. We only manufacture the murals. All our murals include a tile chart and each tile is number on the back correspondingly for easy installation. For installation tips see our links page.
Can the mural be installed outside?
Although we use UV protected tiles and ink, we recommend indoor installations only. The sun will fade just about anything over time. If you must install your mural outside, we recommend installing in a shaded area and coated with a clear UV protectant available at most hardware stores. About Images cannot be responsible for fade issues for tiles installed outside.
What about floors?
Our textured glass tile meets ANSI and ASTM standards for residential and commercial floor installations.
How do I submit my image?
The best way is to email your image as an attachment. For other ways to send your image please review our Artwork Submission Guidelines.
How long does it take for my mural to be completed?
Generally, we run 10-15 business days with smaller orders taking around 5 business days.

Yes, we offer volume discounts. Please contact our office for more details.
