Return Policy
Customized products are non-refundable. Returns for customized products will not be authorized unless it is an error on our part. If a mural piece or two is damaged, we will gladly replace the tile at no extra charge. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Damages that occur during shipping should be bought to the attention of the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. About Images shall not be responsible for damage caused during shipping.
